Everything is harder during a pandemic, and love is one of those things. Love is hard during a pandemic because we all need so much more of it and many of us have less to give.

I have been thinking a lot about this platform and I have been thinking a lot about this platform and how I want to go forward with it. I've heard from several of you who only follow me on here and have enjoyed seeing my posts. I still hate the vertical format and do not want to use it because I'm a writer and don't use video much. The square format will always be my favorite, but I'll need to decide how to make graphics that work on the grid (if I even care how my grid looks anymore). In the meantime, enjoy this photo. The tips of these bottle brush flowers look like they glow. I love them so much.

My grid looks like shit because the idiots running this place decided to ruin years' worth of everyone's posts and graphic design. I don't want to make vertical posts, and this is the only one I'll make. Even my preview wasn't vertical, though. 🙄 I've been waiting to get a keffiyeh because I wanted it to be something beautiful that I cherished. I had only been seeing the black and red ones and, being the practical person that I am, wanted to make sure it was something I would want to wear frequently and not just to rallies. So, this is it. I paid for verification on here, only to have them screw it up. When we allow them to consolidate everything we buy, that also consolidates wealth into their bank accounts. I am working to minimize the amount I spend at Amazon by purchasing directly from the manufacturer. This means a few extra dollars from me, but it helps out the manufacturers of the products I love. You may think you're saving money at Walmart or Amazon, but that is far outweighed by the damage it does to society and your community. One of the ways to rid society of predatory billionaires is to stop giving them our money.
