Billionaires do not provide any value to our society. In fact, their existence is proof that our economic system is broken and needs fixing.

People don’t need to be billionaires to provide jobs or support innovation. In fact, many scientists and small businesses do both of those things without billionaire intervention.

If our tax system and government worked, we would tax billionaires out of existence and fund programs that helped everyone be housed, fed, educated, skilled, and healthy. And the super wealthy could still have hundreds of millions of dollars. Corporate profits don’t need to increase every year, especially if all that increase goes to the CEO.

We shouldn’t reward companies that provide a net detriment to society through low wages, pollution, putting small businesses out of business, etc.

How could anyone think our country is strong right now when millions of people live in poverty and/or are saddled with tremendous medical and student loan debt, two things that are largely not present in every other first-world country? How are we exceptional if such a large portion of our country is suffering?

We need to stop giving favors to a small handful of billionaires and start focusing on the hundreds of millions of people in the majority in this country.

There are more ways to defund billionaires until we can demand a fair tax system.

You can find some of them here.
